Preloaded direct-drive structure

The actuator uses internal springs to provide preload force to the piezoelectric stack, enabling direct drive without any amplification mechanism. This design offers high output force, high stiffness, and fast response speed.

Wide variety of models available

The PZ20x series features a cylindrical housing with rear-end fixation, while the PZ21x series has a threaded housing for nut fixation. Each series offers multiple stroke options.

Supports ID chip function

The ID chip inside the actuator contains the actuator model and parameters. The controller identifies the actuator through the ID chip.
