The PJ3118 compact hollow XY piezoelectric displacement platform from Jianxing Technology is a compact XY two-dimensional hollow nano motion platform. The platform is equipped with high-precision capacitive displacement sensors, driven by piezoelectric ceramics and featuring a frictionless flexible hinge structure. The closed-loop stroke in the X/Y direction can reach 180 μ m, with a repeat positioning accuracy of 10nm in one direction and 30nm in both directions, and a linear error of 0.03% FS. The outer size is 70mm × 70mm, and the middle through-hole size is 30mm × 30mm. PJ3118 can still achieve a hundred micron stroke while maintaining a compact structure. With its nanoscale resolution and high-speed dynamic response capability, PJ3118 can be widely used in high-resolution microscopy imaging and optical detection, semiconductor manufacturing and detection, biotechnology and nanomanipulation, precision measurement and other fields.

Recommended controller: PE111 universal digital piezoelectric controller, which integrates capacitance sensor measurement circuit and supports multiple working modes such as open-loop, closed-loop, digital control, analog control, etc. It has rich communication interfaces, including RS422, USB, Ethernet, etc. The controller consists of multiple submodules, and the number of channels can be adjusted by combining different modules. It supports up to 6 channels and can also choose piezoelectric controller or high-voltage driver mode.

Compared with systems that use strain gauges for feedback, this product directly measures the relative displacement of the rotor and stator, with higher closed-loop accuracy. 3. Support ID chip function The ID chip inside the sports table contains the servo control parameters of the sports table. The controller identifies and adapts to the sports table through the ID chip, so replacing the sports table components does not require recalibration.

In closed-loop control mode, test the time required for the X-axis and Y-axis displacements of the piezoelectric station to stabilize at an error band of ± 10nm (± 0.05% of the step stroke) by 20 μ m. The piezoelectric station carries a load of 210g and internal sensors collect data at 25ksps. Obtain a step time of 100ms for both the X and Y axes.
