Jianxing Technology PL151-16 Compact Piezoelectric Inertial Displacement Platform is a one-dimensional precision motion platform driven by the principle of piezoelectric inertia. It is equipped with high-precision grating sensors, with a stroke of 16mm and a minimum closed-loop step distance of 5nm. It also has a large load capacity and can carry a maximum normal load of 2kg when placed horizontally. This product is equipped with a high-precision grating sensor for feedback control of the movement of the displacement stage, with a resolution of up to 2nm (rms) and high closed-loop accuracy. The unidirectional and bidirectional repeat positioning accuracy of the product reach ± 50nm and ± 120nm, respectively.

Recommended controller:

The PE211 piezoelectric inertia motor controller integrates a grating sensor measurement circuit and supports multiple working modes such as closed-loop control, automatic zeroing, manual zeroing, and multiple preset waveform editing. The communication interface includes USB, Ethernet, etc., which can achieve high-precision control of the piezoelectric inertia displacement table.
