The PL121-40 large stroke high-precision piezoelectric inertial displacement table from Jianxing Technology is a one-dimensional precision motion platform driven by the principle of piezoelectric inertia. It is equipped with a high-precision grating sensor, with a stroke of 40mm and a minimum closed-loop step distance of 5nm. It also has a large load capacity and can carry a maximum normal load of 3kg when placed horizontally. This product is equipped with a high-precision grating sensor for feedback control of the movement of the displacement stage, with a resolution of up to 2nm (rms) and high closed-loop accuracy. The unidirectional/bidirectional repetitive positioning accuracy of the product can reach ± 50nm/± 120nm.
