Piezoelectric inertial drive + linear fine-adjustment control
Driven by the inertial principle, it accumulates the deformation of the piezoelectric ceramic to achieve larger displacements. Fine control of the driving voltage enables nanometer-scale微小 displacements.
High load capacity
When the piezo stage is horizontally positioned, it supports a maximum normal load of2kg and a maximum axial load of 0.2 kg.
Can be combined into a two-dimensional platform
By stacking two units together, a two-dimensional platform for scanning can be achieved.
Static Zero Power Consumption

The stage features a power-off self-locking function. When the stage is stationary, no energy is consumed to maintain its position, allowing the controller to be powered off.

User-friendly control software
The control software offers an excellent user experience with quick onboarding. It supports the upload, editing, and saving of user-defined waveforms. The waveform display window shows real-time displacement information from the grating sensor, enhancing visualization of stage movement.
