Thread-driven inertial motor

Using the inertial drive principle, the excitation voltage of the piezoelectric stack is a sawtooth wave, causing the screw to rotate in micro-steps at a frequency of 2 kHz. Due to the self-locking characteristic of the screw, the piezo screw provides a strong holding force and consumes no energy when stationary.

High adjustment precision
The screw advances or retracts by approximately 20 nm per inertial drive cycle. At a driving frequency of 2 kHz, the speed reaches approximately 2.4 mm/min.
Compact, modular design

Compact external dimensions; for different stroke models, only the screw length needs to be adjusted, making customization convenient.
