Anhui Actus Technology won the second prize of the "2025 Power Innovation Award"

Recently, the China Electricity Council announced the list of award-winning achievements for the 2025 Power Innovation Award, and the project "Key Technology and Detection System Application of Mechanical Micro nano Measurement" completed by Anhui Actus Technology won the second prize.

Introduction to award-winning projects

Video: Anhui Actus Technology Helps with the Development of Domestic TSI Systems

The TSI system of thermal power units has long been monopolized by Western countries such as the United States, which is a typical "bottleneck" technology. Xi'an Thermal Power Institute, together with Anhui Actus Technology and other technical research units, bravely took on the heavy responsibility and developed the "National Digital Steam Turbine Monitoring Instrument (TSI) System". This system is a new type of sensor and measurement card developed for monitoring and protecting the operation of large steam turbines, breaking through the data synchronization mechanism with a digital architecture. The project team has established a TSI system testing and standard system with "full industry chain, full life cycle, full traceability chain, and forward-looking". The series of products enhance the security and controllability of the core industrial control system, improve measurement accuracy, stability, and real-time performance. Multiple core technical indicators such as product measurement accuracy, anti-interference ability, and response speed have reached the international leading level.

The project results were successfully put into operation in April 2023 at the 330MW unit of Huaneng Laiwu Power Plant, achieving the first application of an independently controllable TSI system in large domestic units, filling multiple domestic gaps, breaking the passive monopoly of countries such as the United States, Japan, and Germany, and laying an important foundation for comprehensively ensuring the safety of China's key infrastructure.
