Piezoelectric ultrasonic drive

The piezoelectric ultrasonic rotation stage is driven by the ultrasonic principle, enabling rapid start and stop of the rotation stage.

grating closed-loop control

The piezoelectric rotation stage features a built-in high-precision grating sensor, enabling high-accuracy closed-loop control. The bidirectional repeatability of the rotation stage is less than 120 μrad.

High load capacity

The piezoelectric rotation stage delivers a maximum driving torque of 0.08 Nm and supports a normal load of up to 10 kg.

Static Zero Power Consumption

The rotation stage features a power-off self-locking function. When the stage is stationary, no energy is consumed to maintain its position, allowing the controller to be powered off.

User-friendly control software

The control software offers an excellent user experience with quick onboarding.

The software provides both open-loop and closed-loop control modes. In closed-loop mode, it supports closed-loop single-step motion, closed-loop equal-step motion, and closed-loop angle-setting motion.

The angle display window shows real-time angular displacement information of the rotation stage, enhancing visualization of the rotary table's movement.
