Science and Technology Progress Award Recently, the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China Society of Mechanical Engineering jointly issued a notice on commending the 2024 "Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Award" reward project. Jianxing Technology participated in the completion of the "Key Technology for Micro nano Rotating Machinery Parameter Measurement and Detection System Application" project, which won the third prize for scientific and technological progress.
Introduction to award-winning projects For a long time, China's rotating machinery monitoring system has been monopolized by imported products such as Bentley from the United States, Emerson from Germany, and Shinkawa from Japan, which belong to the "bottleneck" technology. The project "Key Technologies and Detection System Application for Micro nano Rotating Machinery Parameter Measurement" adopts the nano level high-precision eddy current displacement sensor independently developed by Jianxing Technology, proposing a lower cost and more applicable nano level eddy current detection method, breaking through the technical barriers of foreign nano level detection and manufacturing. The project results were evaluated by an expert group led by Academician Xiaohong, and the performance was superior to the most advanced products at home and abroad, reaching the international leading level, achieving a significant leap from "following" to "leading" high-precision detection technology in China. The project achievements have filled the gap in the detection technology of China's rotating machinery monitoring system, achieved complete independent and controllable software and hardware, formulated three national standards, and promoted the establishment of a national digital TSI (Turbine Supervisor Instruments) detection system and the implementation and application of standards. The project results have been successfully applied in Huaneng Laiwu Power Plant, eliminating the hidden danger of "backdoor" in imported products and effectively ensuring the intrinsic safety of China's energy and power. This achievement can also be widely applied in many industrial fields such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, coal mining, shipping, and rail transit. |
